Terms of Enrolment

The terms on which SAAII offers programmes to individual learners and organisations.

Last updated: [DATE]. Version 1.0. — DRAFT: this template needs commercial solicitor review before publication.

1. About these terms

These terms govern the enrolment of individual learners and organisational cohorts in programmes offered by The Security and AI Institute. By enrolling, you agree to these terms. Separate written agreements may apply to enterprise cohort licences.

2. What you get

  • Access to the programme materials for twelve (12) months from provisioning
  • Access to the assessments included in the programme
  • Issuance of the applicable SAAII credential on successful completion of the assessment(s)
  • Ongoing verification of the credential via our public credential-verification endpoint

3. Payment and refunds

Payment is due at enrolment. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from enrolment, during which a full refund is available provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the programme materials and have not attempted the summative assessment.

4. Assessment integrity

SAAII assessments are open-book but individual. You may not submit work that is not your own, share assessment content with other learners, or use a third party to complete an assessment on your behalf. Confirmed breaches result in withdrawal of the credential and, at our discretion, exclusion from future SAAII programmes.

5. Intellectual property

All programme materials are the copyright of SAAII or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, publish, or use the materials to train an AI model without our written permission.

6. Liability

SAAII programmes are educational. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, or financial advice. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a programme is limited to the fees paid for that programme.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
