About Course
AI systems fail. Well-run AI operations plan for those failures. This programme addresses the specific discipline of AI incident response: detection, triage, containment, investigation, communication, remediation, and post-mortem. It draws on incident response practice from cybersecurity, safety-critical systems, and financial services, adapted for AI-specific concerns.
By the end you will be able to design an AI incident response capability; run substantive AI incident investigations; conduct root cause analysis on model failures; manage regulator and public communication during incidents; and integrate AI incident response with wider incident management.
